Terms and Conditions for Photography Services:
- Payment Schedule: Full payment is required at the time of scheduling your event. Payments can be made online or in person.
- Use of Images: We respect your privacy and preferences regarding the use of your images. Photos will not be shared on social media without your media consent. However, they may be included in our portfolio on our website. If you do not wish your photos to be used in our website portfolio, please inform your photographer beforehand.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued solely at the photographer's discretion, particularly in cases where the photographer is responsible for the inability to deliver images, has to cancel coverage of the event, or judges the quality of the photos produced to be below their professional standards. No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, emphasizing a commitment to quality and responsibility.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation is available if done 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week before the event will incur a fee of 30% of the total service fees.
- Cancellations made more than 3 days but less than 1 week before the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total service fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
These terms ensure a mutual understanding and agreement between our clients and our photography service.
